64B8-50.003

Delegation of Powers and Duties to Electrolysis Council

PURPOSE:

The Council proposes the rule amendment to remove language found to be an invalid exercise of delegated legislative authority as the result of a rule challenge.

SUMMARY:

Subsection (2) is amended to remove “petitions for declaratory statement.”
