Subject:	ad hoc Vendor Review Committee Meeting: Discuss Vendor RFI/ITN's and any other matters that may come before the Committee. Audit/Budget/Finance Committee Meeting: To discuss the proposed FY 2016-2017 budget and make recommendations to the Board; to review and discuss matters relating to FAJUA Audited Financials and any other matters that my come before the Committee. Board of Governors Meeting: To receive reports from the General Manager, Committees, and General Counsel; to consider and take actions based on those reports; Annual Statutory Rate Filing and to consider any other matters that may come before the Board.
