Determination of Maintenance Subsidy Payments

PURPOSE:

The Department intends to amend Rule 65C-16.013, Determination of Maintenance Subsidy Payments, to incorporate the “Maintenance Adoption Subsidy Approval” form.

SUMMARY:

The “Maintenance Adoption Subsidy Approval” form will be incorporated.
