	The Florida Department of Health announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Thursday, September 15, 2016 at 10:00 AM

PLACE:	Alachua County Health Department Auditorium 224 Southeast 24th Street Gainesville, Florida 32641

Subject:	To examine applications for variance from the requirements of Chapter 64E-6, Florida Administrative Code, entitled "Standards for Onsite Sewage Treatment and Disposal Systems" pursuant to s. 381.0065(3)(d), Florida Statutes. This meeting is to consider the applications that were originally on the agenda for the September 1, 2016, meeting in Lecanto, Florida, that was cancelled due to weather.
