Overview



	The Department of Revenue announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	September 20, 2016, during a regular meeting of the Governor and Cabinet which begins at 9:00 a.m.

PLACE:	Cabinet Meeting Room, Lower Level, the Capitol, Tallahassee, Florida. Please refer to the Cabinet Agenda posted to the Department’s Internet site at http://dor.myflorida.com/dor/rules/ prior to attending a meeting.

Subject:	Approval for the Department to publish a Notice of Proposed Rule that schedules a public hearing on proposed amendments to Rule 12D-16.002, Index to Forms, incorporate changes to various VAB forms to bring them into compliance with current administrative procedures and remove an obsolete form, DR-455.
