Definitions (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The Agency proposes to repeal a rule that defines terms used in health care risk manager rules.

SUMMARY:

The Agency proposes to repeal a rule related to definitions of terms used in health care risk manager rules.  The Agency proposes to repeal this rule because the language from this rule has been incorporated into Rule 59A-10.002, F.A.C., therefore the language is now duplicative or unnecessary.
