	The Department of State announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	October 13, 2016, 4:00 p.m.

PLACE:	R.A. Gray Building, 500 S. Bronough Street, Room #428, Tallahassee, FL 32399

Subject:	In accordance with Section 120.525, Florida Statutes, a response opening is hereby noticed for the following Request for Proposal Number: DOS RFP 09/16-04 – Talimali Band of Apalachee Indians – Recognition Project. The Department reserves the right to issue amendments, addenda, and changes to the timeline and specifically to the meeting notice listed above. The Department will post notice of any changes or additional meetings within the Vendor Bid System (VBS) in accordance with Section 287.042(3), Florida Statutes, and need not re-advertise notice in the Florida Administrative Register.
