Behavior Analysis Services

PURPOSE:

The purpose of Rule 59G-4.125, Florida Administrative Code, is to incorporate by reference the Florida Medicaid Behavior Analysis Services Coverage Policy, __________, and revise the rule title.

SUMMARY:

The incorporated coverage policy will specify recipient eligibility, provider requirements, service coverage, and reimbursement information. The rule title is changed to Behavior Analysis Services.
