Conducting Proceedings by Communications Media Technology (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The rule is to be repealed.  There will be no adverse effect on the public.

SUMMARY:

Communications Media Technology proceedings are covered by Chapter 28-109 of the Uniform Rules of Procedure.  Therefore, this rule is not needed and should be repealed.
