68-5.002

Definitions

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rule amendment is to change the conditional species restrictions for blue tilapia, Nile tilapia and Northern Largemouth Bass.

SUBJECT:

Subject areas addressed in the rule development are possession, culture and transport restrictions for blue tilapia and Nile tilapia and clarification on the ability to take Northern Largemouth Bass on fee or for-hire basis north and west of the Suwannee River.
