RULE:

65C-16.013

Determination of Maintenance Subsidy Payments

PURPOSE:

The Department intends to amend Rule 65C-16.013, Determination of Maintenance Subsidy Payments, to delete unnecessary and confusing language.

SUMMARY:

An exception to the requirement to explore placement without a subsidy when the child's adoption is by his or her current caregiver is deleted.
