	The Florida Housing Finance Corporation (the "Issuer") announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	November 10, 2016, 9:30 A.M.

PLACE:	City Centre Building, 227 North Bronough Street, Tallahassee, Florida 32301-1329, Fifth Floor, Formal Conference Room

Subject:	NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING BONDS TO FINANCE OWNER-OCCUPIED RESIDENCES Notice is hereby given that the Florida Housing Finance Corporation (the "Issuer") will conduct a public hearing pursuant to Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”), to which all interested persons are invited. To conduct a public hearing concerning a plan of financing (within the meaning of Section 147 (f)(2)(C) of the Code) pursuant to which the Issuer will issue its single family mortgage revenue bonds (the"Bonds") in an amount not to exceed $900,000,000 in one or more series to finance owner-occupied residences within the State of Florida (the “State”). Proceeds of the Bonds are expected to be available to finance owner-occupied residences for persons or families of low, moderate or middle income within any county of the State, subject to the participation of lending institutions in the counties they elect to serve. If the Bonds are issued in more than one series, each issue subsequent to the initial series will be issued within three years of the date of issuance of the initial series pursuant to a common plan of finance. All interested parties are invited to submit written comments and/or present oral comments at the public hearing regarding the issuance of the Bonds or the purpose of the financing. Written comments should be received by the Issuer on or before November 3, 2016. Any persons desiring to present oral comments should appear at the hearing. Any person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Issuer with respect to any matter considered at this hearing, will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings be made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. Any questions or comments regarding the proposed issuance of Bonds should be directed to Mr. Steven P. Auger, Executive Director of the Issuer.
