The Cabinet meeting previously scheduled for October 4, 2016, was cancelled due to Hurricane Matthew.  Accordingly, the Department of Revenue will now be presenting at the October 25, 2016, meeting seeking approval to publish a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking for the following rules:
