	The Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Florida Coastal Office announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Tuesday, November 1, 2016, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; Wednesday, November 2, 2016, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

PLACE:	3nd Floor Auditorium, Center of Excellence for Coral Reef Ecosystem Research, Nova Southeastern University Oceanographic Center, 8000 North Ocean Drive, Dania Beach, FL 33004

Subject:	The FDEP Coral Reef Conservation Program is holding its biannual, two-day meeting of its Technical Advisory Committee (TAC). The TAC will be advising the Southeast Florida Coral Reef Initiative (SEFCRI) on its mission to develop and support the implementation of an effective strategy to preserve and protect southeast Florida’s coral reefs and associated reef resources, emphasizing balance between resource use and protection, in cooperation with all interested parties. Specifically, the TAC will be reviewing and advising on current and upcoming SEFCRI and TAC projects.
