Overview



	The Florida Department of Transportation District Three announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	November 15, 2016, 5:30 p.m. CST

PLACE:	Resurrection Catholic Church 259 Miramar Beach Drive Miramar Beach, FL 32550

Subject:	The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) will host a construction public information open house, Tuesday, November 15, 2016 for the widening project on State Road (S.R.) 30 (U.S. 98), from Emerald Bay Drive in Okaloosa County to Tang-O-Mar Drive, in Walton County. Work will include widening U.S. 98, between Emerald Bay Drive and Tang-O-Mar Drive, from four to six lanes, constructing new sidewalks and bicycle paths along both sides of the roadway, stormwater retention ponds, signalization improvements, and additional drainage upgrades. Construction activities along the corridor will begin fall 2016 and are slated for completion summer 2020. The meeting will be held in an open house format, there will be no formal presentation. FDOT personnel will be available to provide information about planned construction work and potential impact. Public participation is solicited without regard to race, color, national origin, sex, religion, disability or family status.
