PURPOSE:

To discuss proposed amendments to the following rule: Rule 19-8.029, F.A.C., Insurer Reporting Requirements, and proposed repeal of Rule 19-8.030, F.A.C., Insurer Responsibilities.

SUBJECT:

Insurer exposure and loss reporting requirements for the 2017-2018 contract year and insurer responsibilities, and the consolidation of the substance of the two rules into a single revised Rule 19-8.029, F.A.C., Insurer Reporting Requirements and Responsibilities.
