Registration

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rulemaking is to amend a form incorporated by reference and to provide guidance to applicants seeking a veteran military fee waiver in compliance with 2016 legislative changes and the Florida Motor Vehicle Repair Act.

SUBJECT:

Update FDACS-10900, Motor Vehicle Repair Registration Application and provide guidance to applicants seeking a military veteran’s waiver of an initial registration fee.
