General Description of Organization and Functions of Commission Staff (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendment seeks to delete outdated information from the rule while clarifying and updating other phrases within the rule.

SUMMARY:

The rule chapter language is amended to delete unnecessary information and to clarify and update the rest of the rule.
