Sale and Delivery of Firearms

PURPOSE:

The amendments to rule 11C-6.009 include the revised FDLE Firearm Purchase Program Non-Approval form and the references to ATF 4473 form.  The proposed changes include the correct name of the Firearm Purchase Program Non-Approval form and the correct reference boxes on the ATF 4473 form.
