Pool Purchase Plan for Purchase of Equipment and Contractual Needs; Department of Management Services, Division of Purchasing Authorized to Negotiate Contracts

PURPOSE:

To modify the rule to make a good faith deposit from a bidder mandatory and remove the option for the Deputy Commissioner for Finance and Operations to waive the deposit requirement.
