RULE:

64E-14.001	Migrant Farmworker Housing - General (Repealed)
64E-14.019	Fire Protection (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

Rule 64E-14.001, F.A.C., describes the scope and applicability of the rule chapter. Rule 64E-14.019 directs the Department’s county health department staff to provide a list of permitted migrant farmworker housing facilities to local fire jurisdiction.

SUMMARY:

These rules provide general language about the scope and applicability of the rule chapter and provide direction to county health department staff, are unnecessary and are being proposed for repeal.
