PURPOSE:

Rule 64E-19.001, F.A.C., describes the scope and applicability of the rule chapter. Rule 64E-19.008 restates statutory requirements of section 381.0075(9), FS.

SUMMARY:

These rules provide general language about the scope and applicability of the rule chapter and restate a statutory requirement, are unnecessary and are being proposed for repeal.
