RULE:

5J-26.001

Military Fee Waiver

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the proposed rule is to incorporate a department form for honorably discharged veterans or their spouses to complete when requesting a registration fee waiver.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule incorporates by reference a department form to be used by an honorably discharged veteran of the United States Armed Forces, the spouse of such a veteran, or a business entity that has a majority ownership held by such a veteran or spouse to request a registration fee waiver in compliance with sections 2, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 25, 26, 28, ch. 2016-166, Laws of Florida.
