	The DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

PLACE:	County Council Chambers, Room 204, Thomas C. Kelly Administration Center, 123 West Indiana Avenue DeLand, Florida 32720

Subject:	Announcing a Technical Meeting for the Basin Management Action Plan (BMAP) for Volusia Blue Spring. Topic of discussions will be the development of the OSTDS remediation Plan for Volusia Blue Spring, and potential approaches for other sources of nitrogen to groundwater to the basin. The BMAP is the means for implementation of the adopted Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDLs).
