Lifeline Service

PURPOSE:

The Department is amending the rule text by removing Temporary Cash Assistance as a Qualifying Program for Lifeline services and removing the text in reference to the Department’s participation in eligibility determination for automatic Lifeline service enrollment.

SUMMARY:

This rule addresses the Department’s participation in eligibility determination for automatic Lifeline service enrollment.
