Disciplinary Guidelines

PURPOSE:

To clarify the guidelines by making all of the guidelines use the correct terminology.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule will amend the guidelines which just read 3rd offense to read 3rd and any subsequent offenses. This will make all of the guidelines use the correct terminology.
