Overview



	The Board of Funeral, Cemetery, and Consumer Services, operating under ch. 497, Florida Statutes announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	By teleconference: January 5, 2017, March 2, 2017; May 18, 2017; July 13, 2017; September 7, 2017; November 2, 2017. In person, in Tallahassee: February 2, 2017, June 29, 2017; December 7, 2017. In person, in Jacksonville: April 13, 2017. In person, in Altamonte Springs: August 3, 2017. In person, in Tampa: October 5, 2017. All meetings will start at 10:00 AM.

PLACE:	The public may participate in teleconference meetings by calling 850-413-1558, conference code 318038 or by attendance at the Pepper Building, Suite 320, 111 W Madison, Tallahassee FL, where Board staff will have a speaker phone connected to the teleconference by which the public can hear and address the Board. All in-person meetings of the Board will be held: Tallahassee at room 230A, Alexander Building, Tallahassee FL: Jacksonville at the DoubleTree by Hilton Jacksonville Airport, 2101 Dixie Clipper Drive, Jacksonville FL; Altamonte Springs at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando North, 225 Shorecrest Drive, Altamonte Springs FL; Tampa at the DoubleTree by Hilton Tampa Airport Westshore, 4500 W Cypress Street, Tampa FL.

Subject:	Applications for license; disciplinary actions; applications for approval of change in ownership or control of existing licenses; reports by staff; approval of minutes of prior meetings.
