Disciplinary Guidelines

PURPOSE:

The proposed change provides notice to the public of the range of potential disciplinary action that may be taken for a violation of section 456.072(1)(oo), “Willfully failing to comply with s. 627.64194 or s. 641.513 with such frequency as to indicate a general business practice.”

SUMMARY:

Subsection (1)(hh) is added to provide disciplinary guidelines for the recent statutory change adding violation 456.072(1)(oo).
