6M-4.630

Statewide Provider Contract Monitoring Tool for the School Readiness Program

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the revised rule is to align the school readiness contract monitoring tool with the recently revised school readiness contract rule.

SUMMARY:

The revised rule will update the school readiness monitoring tool to align with the revised school readiness contract rule.
