Biennial Licensing

PURPOSE:

To amend the forms and update the schedule for biennial renewal of licenses issued by the Division of Medical Quality Assurance.

SUMMARY:

This rulemaking amends the forms for license renewal and updates the schedule of renewal for the healthcare professions licensed by the department.
