PURPOSE:

Rules 60A-9.0062, F.A.C., Revocation, and 60A-9.007,  Administrative Hearings are proposed for repeal as they concern matters governed by Florida's Administrative Procedures Act, over which the Department has no rulemaking authority.

SUMMARY:
