Overview

RULE:

60H-4.003	Reserved Parking Spaces (Repealed)
60H-4.006	Allocation of Parking Spaces
60H-4.008	Allocation of Reserved Paid Parking (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

To consolidate the text of Rule 60H-4.008, F.A.C. and the second sentence of Rule 60H-4.003, F.A.C. into Rule 60H-4.006, F.A.C., as similar rules on the same topic from the same chapter.  The first sentence of Rule 60H-4.003, F.A.C. does not fit the definition of a rule.

SUMMARY:

Rule 60H-4.006, F.A.C. is amended and Rules 60H-4.003 and 60H-4.008, F.A.C. are proposed for repeal.
