PURPOSE:

To consolidate the text of Rules 60L-30.002 and 60L-30.003, F.A.C., into Rule 60L-30.001, F.A.C., as similar rules on the same topic from the same chapter.

SUMMARY:

Amend Rule 60L-30.001, F.A.C. and repeal Rules 60L-30.002 and 60L-30.003, F.A.C.
