PURPOSE:

To consolidate the text of Rule 60P-10.004, F.A.C., into Rule 60P-10.002, F.A.C., as similar rules on the same topic from the same chapter.

SUMMARY:

Rule 60P-10.002, F.A.C., is amended and Rule 60P-10.004, F.A.C., is proposed for repeal.
