PURPOSE:

To repeal Rule 60S-5.002, F.A.C., as a recitation of sections 112.61 and 121.031, F.S. To repeal Rule 60S-5.006, F.A.C., as a recitation of section 120.091(14)(a), F.S.  To repeal 60S-5.0061 as a recitation of sections 121.135 and 216.102, F.S.

SUMMARY:

To repeal Rules 60S-5.002, 60S-5.006 and 60S-5.0061, F.A.C.
