RULE:

40D-26.021

Definitions (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

The purpose is to amend Rule 40D-26.021, F.A.C. to replace the Facilitating Agricultural Resource Management Systems (FARMS) Program Model Farms Economic Update, June 2009 publication with the Model Farms Economic Study – Final Report, March 2016.

SUMMARY:

The proposed amendment will update the FARMS Model used to ensure an effective cost/benefit ratio for each proposed project implementing typical best management practices. The newly updated model, the Model Farms Economic Study – Final Report, March 2016, will replace the existing model, the Model Farms Economic Update, June 2009.
