PURPOSE:

To repeal Rules 6A-16.018 through 6A-16.026, F.A.C. The effect is to remove rules from the Florida Administrative Code that are no longer supported by statutory authority.

SUMMARY:

The rulemaking authority for these rules no longer exists and therefore these rules must be repealed.
