Pool Purchase Plan for Purchase of Equipment and Contractual Needs; Department of Management Services, Division of Purchasing Authorized to Negotiate Contracts

PURPOSE:

This amendment modifies the current rule to make a good-faith deposit from a bidder mandatory, which conforms to current practice and removes the option for the Deputy Commissioner for Finance and Operations to waive the deposit requirement.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule makes a good-faith deposit from a bidder mandatory, which conforms to current practice.
