RULE:

6A-18.048

Solicitation of Funds for Blind Persons (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

This rule is to be repealed.

SUMMARY:

Repealing the rule because the statutory program permitting the solicitation of funds for the support of blind individuals, and requiring rulemaking on the part of the Division, was removed from Chapter 413, Florida Statutes. Rule 6A-18.048 the rule required under that statutory program, is being repealed as no longer needed.
