Alternate Engine Fuels for School Buses (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

This rule is to be repealed.

SUMMARY:

Alternative fuel engines meeting Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards are standard options on school buses.  Florida specifications for such engines are redundant and unnecessary.
