RULE:

64B-11.001

Certified Nursing Assistant Certification Renewal (Repealed)

PURPOSE:

To repeal rules identified as no longer necessary as renewal is regulated by a board and not the department.

SUMMARY:

The rule is being repealed as unnecessary and not within the purview of the department since a board regulates the practice of certified nursing assistants.
