	The Department of Children and Families, Refugee Services Program announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

Subject:	Title: Solicitation Conference Call for Integration Assistance Services for Refugees and Entrants in Broward and Palm Beach Counties (ITN# 01K17BS2). Description: As provided for in Sections 2.5, 2.6, and 2.7 of this ITN which was published to the Vendor Bid System (VBS) on February 17, 2017. The VBS can be accessed at: http://www.myflorida.com/apps/vbs/vbs_www.main_menu. The purpose of the Solicitation Conference Call is to review the ITN with interested Vendors so that areas of misunderstanding or ambiguity are clarified. The Department encourages all prospective Vendors to participate in the solicitation conference, during which Vendors may pose questions.
