6A-3.0121

Responsibility of School District and Parents or Guardians for Students Who Are Transported at Public Expense

PURPOSE:

To delete the redundant language requiring belt cutters given that belt cutters are already required by Florida School Bus Specifications, which are incorporated by reference in rule 6A-3.0291, Specifications for New School Buses.

SUMMARY:

This amendment will remove the redundant language requiring belt cutters.
