64B11-5.001

Requirements for License Renewal of an Active License; Continuing Education

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendment is intended to clarify the requirements for obtaining continuing education credit for pro bono services.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendment requires licensees to submit a written request to the Board and to receive Board approval prior to performing pro bono services for the purpose of obtaining continuing education credit.
