Designated Health Authority

PURPOSE:

In addition to deleting unnecessary language for nonexistent wilderness/expedition programs, the amendment clarifies the required timing of on-site visits for Designated Health Authorities.

SUMMARY:

The amendment deletes unnecessary language, and requires that no more than 9 days pass between weekly, on-site visits of the Designated Health Authority in juvenile delinquency programs and facilities.
