PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendments are intended to address a penalty range for the violation found in Section 458.331(1)(tt), F.S., and to also set forth a citation penalty for the violation.

The proposed rule amendments set forth a penalty range for the violation found in Section 458.331(1)(tt), F.S., and sets forth a citation penalty for the same violation.
