	The Florida Department of Economic Opportunity announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Wednesday, April 26, 2017, 3:00 p.m., ET

Subject:	Notice of Meeting/Workshop Hearing Department of Economic Opportunity Public Meetings INVITATION TO NEGOTIATE (ITN) 17-ITN-002-VM, Reemployment Assistance (RA) Call Center Self Service Enhancements DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY (DEO) announces public meetings to which all persons are invited, related to 17-ITN-002-VM for RA Call Center Self Service Enhancements. DEO will hold Negotiation Team Meetings at a date and time to be determined later, and advertised in the Vendor Bid System, as set forth below. The Negotiation Team Meetings will not be open to the public, but each Negotiation Team Meeting will be recorded and released in accordance with section 286.0113, Florida Statutes. In accordance with section 120.525 Florida Statutes, public meetings for Invitation to Negotiate 17-ITN-002-VM, RA Call Center Self Service Enhancements are hereby noticed. DEO’s Invitation to Negotiate seeks replies to provide system enhancements to its current contact center system to improve the overall answer rate including self-service. The Department reserves the right to issue amendments, addenda, and changes to this timeline and specifically to the meeting notices listed above. Notice of any change will be posted within the Vendor Bid System (VBS) in accordance with Section 287.042(3), Florida Statutes, and will not be re-advertised in the Florida Administrative Register (F.A.R.).
