6A-18.049

General Description of Services and Procedures

PURPOSE:

To consolidate Division of Blind Services rules that cover similar topics into a single rule. The language of rule 6A-18.053, Determination That a Client Has Been Rehabilitated, will now be contained in rule 6A-18.049, General Description of Services and Procedures, and rule 6A-18.053 will be repealed.

SUBJECT:

The factors considered when the Division of Blind Services determines that an individual has been rehabilitated. This rulemaking serves only to consolidate rules and does not make changes to the current standards.
