Confidentiality of Personal Financial and Health Information Pursuant to Section 624.23, F.S

PURPOSE:

This rule defines “personal financial and health information” as used in Section 624.23, F. S.

SUMMARY:

The rule is being repealed because it is inconsistent with the definition provided in the statute.
