Provider Reimbursement Schedules and Billing Codes

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the amendment to Rule 59G-4.002 is to incorporate by reference the Florida Medicaid provider reimbursement schedules and billing codes.

SUMMARY:

The amendment records effective dates for reimbursement schedules for certain Florida Medicaid services.
